Maija Pinkins

Maija Pinkins has spent the past nine months trying to find her way back to the home she grew up in for twelve years. The home she has shared with her mother, Tonya, her ten year old brother, Manuel, her step siblings Zach and Mackenzie  and which was frequently visited by her older brother Maxx and Myles. However because of secret communications  with  Judge Donna Fields-Goldstein and invented hearings and orders in the blatantly corrupt Los Angeles Family  Court  Room, Maija’s cries have gone unheard.

Like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, Maija has clicked her heels and plead desperately to her court appointed lawyer to send her home to the family with whom she has lived all of her life. But, like the Scare crow, this woman lacks the brains to advocate for her clients wishes. Unfortunately unlike the Scare Crow, she is not even in search of one.
Maija’s mother has reached out to numerous attorneys to assist in bringing Maija back to the safety of the residential womb she has been  sheltered in for twelve years. But like the Lion they have lacked the courage to stand up for Maija or Tonya or for Justice even though their wallets have grown fat from the fees they have received. Make no mistake , they have earned enough to visit the Wizard for a bag of courage.

Maija’s mother , Tonya has reached out to every agency, officer and court to no avail. Because like the Tinman,  the system is too heartless and rusted by avarice and ineptitude to care. Tonya’s arduously written briefs have been  attempting to expose the judicial corruption and evasion of state law and the best interests of the child have been returned in bold brick letters DENIED!!!  The responses have come so quickly that one must doubt that the hundreds of pages of documents were ever turned.

We, the friends, family and supporters of Maija Pinkins, pray that the people across the united states and the state of California and the Globe will click there Mouses and point  someone in the Los Angeles Judicial land of “NOD” to wake up and send Maija whirling home.
